The formulation of our products starts from a careful evaluation of customer’s requirements and market requests, together with a careful selection of raw materials, all accompanied in its supply, from sales specifications attesting the compliance to the standard ranges of the production supply, established by the manufacturer.
Not only raw materials but also all finished products ready for sale, are subjected to specific technical tests and each production batch is characterized by a unique lot number and by corresponding manufacturing card that guarantees the traceability.
A sample of each batch of finished product is finally stored in a special archive to allow possible future controls of comparison.
Also the production facilities are technologically advanced, they are regulated and managed with clear and defined procedures, perfectly complying the philosophy of the FIV quality system, which provides precise criteria and strict quality standard.
